This new design will debut on November 19 during the team's annual Native American Heritage Night game against the Sacramento Kings at Paycom Center. The new uniforms feature several significant design components. At the center, interlocking geometric shapes form "OKC," symbolizing unity and strength. The jersey includes a water-inspired pattern, reminiscent of the Oklahoma River, with teeth-like designs that unite its two halves. The waistband showcases expanding squares that represent growing communities, inspired by ceremonial regalia. Additionally, a turtle emblem is hidden on the right side of the shorts, symbolizing endurance and unity, while sunset-toned sashes across the shoulders and shorts honor tribal resilience and shared identity. Eleven geometric stars on the sides of the jersey and shorts carry forward stories passed down through generations.
Exhibition and Sales
Fans can preview the new uniforms at the First Americans Museum from August 21 to September 5, with a chance to win exclusive City Edition gear. Following this period, the uniform will be digitally exhibited at the museum through Native American Heritage Month in November. The City Edition collection will be available for purchase starting November 11.
City Nights Theme Games
Beginning December 5, the Thunder will host City Nights theme games during every Friday home game, where the team will wear the new uniforms and play on a specially designed City Edition court. The schedule for these games includes matchups against the Dallas Mavericks, Indiana Pacers, Brooklyn Nets, Denver Nuggets, and Chicago Bulls.
