This research proposes a sustainable framework for post-disaster humanitarian logistics that incorporates both conventional internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs) and EVs for transporting emergency relief. The framework is particularly relevant for regions like Turkey, which ranks third globally in earthquake-related fatalities and eighth in population affected by earthquakes (Afad, 2022b). The proposed model aims to optimize the distribution of relief items from logistics warehouses to assembly areas, parks, and schools, addressing the complexities of disaster response.
