Texas: A 5 GW Hydrogen Hub for Data Centers
Texas is set to become a significant player in the green energy sector with the establishment of a 5 GW hydrogen hub designed to power data centers. This initiative, spearheaded by Energy Abundance Development Corporation, will feature a massive 50,000-acre facility known as “Data City” near Laredo. The project aims to address the high energy demands of the internet, which is heavily reliant on fossil fuels for power.
