Kargol Fired Post

Matthew Kargol, an art teacher in Oskaloosa, Iowa, was fired after posting '1 Nazi down' to celebrate Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk's assassination.
The Oskaloosa school board unanimously terminated him, citing disruption caused by the post.
Superintendent Mike Fisher said the district received over 1,200 calls about Kargol.
Kargol filed a lawsuit claiming the post was rhetorical and non-threatening.
