Wykeland Group Completes Evolve @ Melton West
Wykeland Group has officially opened a £10 million development named Evolve @ Melton West at the Melton West business park in East Yorkshire. This project aims to provide high-quality commercial space for growing businesses in a prime location. The development includes two larger units, with one already occupied by Medequip, the UK’s leading provider of community equipment loan services. The second larger unit, spanning 37,000 square feet, along with five smaller units of 5,000 square feet each, is attracting significant interest, with one unit already under offer.
