Mosquera Wrongfully Detained

Roberto Mosquera, a former Trump supporter, is detained in a maximum-security prison in Eswatini after being incorrectly labeled a killer by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mosquera, who emigrated from Cuba nearly 50 years ago, was arrested by ICE agents during a routine check.
His daughter, Monica, states he has no homicide convictions, only a past gang-related charge.
Despite his rehabilitation, Mosquera was deported to Eswatini, a country with which he has no ties, under a controversial U.S. deportation program.
