Miller Defends Agents

Stephen Miller, former Deputy Chief of Staff to U.S. President Donald Trump, said federal agents conducting arrests and deportations have immunity from prosecution.
In a Fox News interview, he accused Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker of "seditious conspiracy" for opposing mass deportations.
Georgetown law professor Stephen Vladeck and other experts say agents have some immunity but not absolute, and prosecutors could pursue charges for unreasonable or beyond-authority actions.
