Qatar's Mediation Challenge

Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani said conditions are not suitable to mediate U.S.–Venezuela talks because of pressure from U.S. President Donald Trump's administration on Maduro.
Al Thani expressed hope for future negotiations.
