Yazmin Erazo, 21, of Florida, was arrested after driving 107 mph on US Highway 19 in Palm Harbor, well above the 55 mph limit.
She told deputies she was rushing to Little Caesars before it closed at midnight.
A deputy from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tracked Erazo's speed on US Highway 19.
Erazo was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and released on bond.
