Boebert Pushes Transparency

Boebert maintains a discharge petition to release Jeffrey Epstein's investigative files, despite opposition from U.S. President Donald Trump.

GOP Pursues Transparency

In November 2025, House GOP leaders directed the House Oversight Committee to continue its Epstein investigation to avoid a vote on releasing the files.
The committee, led by Representative James Comer, issued subpoenas that revealed documents intensifying demands for transparency.
The subpoenas drew scrutiny of U.S. President Donald Trump’s ties to Epstein and of Clinton.
Speaker Mike Johnson plans to bring the bill to a vote next week.
