UNRWA Warns of Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza Due to Israeli Restrictions

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has raised alarms regarding Israel's ongoing restrictions on aid to Gaza, asserting that these actions breach international law. Natalie Boucly, UNRWA's deputy commissioner general, emphasized the dire situation as winter approaches, with the population facing severe shortages of food and essential supplies. Boucly noted that UNRWA has enough resources to fill up to 6,000 trucks with aid, yet only about half of the required daily truckloads are entering Gaza due to Israeli constraints.
