Wilde Challenges Resolution

The UN Security Council resolution endorsing U.S. President Donald Trump's 20-point plan for Gaza is legally invalid, according to international law expert Ralph Wilde.
Wilde argues the resolution's support for an international trusteeship over Gaza violates the right to self-determination.
He says replacing one form of trusteeship with another would be unlawful.
The resolution passed 13-0 with China and Russia abstaining.
