The Artistics, precursor to Talking Heads, recorded a 1974 demo at the Rhode Island School of Design with early versions of "Psycho Killer" and "Warning Sign".
The compilation Tentative Decisions: Demos & Live will feature the demo on November 28.
RISD archivists rediscovered the tape, which was digitized by Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth.
The compilation excludes the third song, "Spin Spin".
