The Ozark Trail Tabletop 1-Burner Butane Camping Stove, model number BG2247A1, has been linked to serious safety hazards, including explosions and fires. The CPSC reported 26 incidents involving these stoves, with 16 cases resulting in second-degree burns. Approximately 201,000 units were sold at Walmart stores and online from March 2023 to October 2025, priced between $8 and $45. The stoves were manufactured by China Window Industry Co., Ltd., based in Taipei, Taiwan.

In addition, about 24,300 Outdoor Master-branded helmets have been recalled due to non-compliance with mandatory safety standards. These helmets, sold online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from June 2024 through February 2025 for $20 to $32, do not meet positional stability and coverage requirements, posing a risk of serious head injuries in the event of a crash. The models affected include the OM-TD BIKE, featuring a blue dinosaur print, and the OM-KSKB, which is deep green.
