New Comedy Series "Sunny Nights" Set to Premiere on Boxing Day

Stan has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming original series, "Sunny Nights," which is set to premiere on December 26. The series stars American actors Will Forte and D’Arcy Carden, who portray siblings Martin and Vicki, respectively. Martin, a straight-laced character, partners with his free-spirited sister Vicki to launch a spray tan business named Tansform in Sydney, where Martin's estranged wife resides. As they strive to grow their start-up from a van operation into a successful enterprise, they become embroiled in Sydney's criminal underworld, facing threats from a ruthless gangster.

The series features a notable supporting cast, including Rachel House, Jessica De Gouw, Miritana Hughes, Ra Chapman, Megan Wilding, George Mason, and Matuse. Former professional rugby league player Willie Mason makes his acting debut, with a special appearance by Patrick Brammall. "Sunny Nights" is directed and executive produced by Trent O’Donnell, with production handled by Jungle Entertainment and Echo Lake Entertainment, in collaboration with Cineflix Rights. The project received significant backing from Screen Australia and Screen NSW through the Made in NSW Fund.
