Father Detained, Son Missing

A Chinese father, Fei, and his 6-year-old son, Yuanxin, were detained by U.S. ICE after a scheduled Manhattan hearing.
The pair were allegedly separated, with Fei unaware of Yuanxin's location.
Community advocate Jennie Spector described the separation as akin to kidnapping.
DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Fei had a lawful removal order but acted disruptively.
