Amanda Gorman Named UNICEF Ambassador, Advocates for Children's Rights

Gorman has a history of supporting UNICEF, including a recent visit to their humanitarian warehouse, where she assisted in packing supply boxes for children affected by conflict. As an ambassador, Gorman aims to advocate for children's rights, focusing on education, gender equality, and emergency response. In her statement, she emphasized the importance of uplifting children, stating, “When we choose to uplift children, we are choosing to uplift our shared future.”
