London Set to Join "Cities of Love" Franchise with "London, I Love You"

“London, I Love You” is the upcoming installment in the “Cities of Love” anthology film series, which has previously featured romantic stories from cities such as Paris, New York, Rio de Janeiro, and Berlin. Scheduled to begin production in April 2026, this film will weave together a collection of romantic narratives set against the vibrant backdrop of London. A diverse array of prominent U.K. directors, including Simon Curtis, Gurinder Chadha, Amma Asante, Shane Meadows, Anand Tucker, Neil Marshall, and Rufus Norris, are confirmed to contribute to the project. Additional directors are currently in negotiations, with the last installment, “Berlin, I Love You,” featuring contributions from 11 filmmakers.

The film is being produced by David Gilbery and Naomi George for BK Studios, Tom Butterfield for Culmination Productions, and Mark Wheeler for Pathfinder. Culmination’s Harry White will manage worldwide sales. Emmanuel Benbihy, the creator and curator of the “Cities of Love” franchise, continues to serve as an executive producer for this project.
