Trump's Tariff Refunds

U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration is urgently transferring tariff revenue to the U.S. Treasury amid lawsuits from more than 100 companies, including Costco and Revlon, seeking refunds for tariffs deemed unlawful.
The lawsuits argue that only Congress can impose tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
Lower courts have already sided against the administration.
Customs and Border Protection is accelerating tariff payments.
