Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello Reimagine "The Wasp Woman"

Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello, known for their work on the cult comedy series “Strangers With Candy,” are collaborating on a new film project: a reimagining of Roger Corman’s 1959 sci-fi horror film “The Wasp Woman.” Dinello will write and direct the film, while Sedaris will star in the title role of Janice Starlin, a cosmetics company founder who experiments with enzymes derived from queen wasps in an attempt to reverse aging, leading to disastrous consequences.
