Plumbers' Fraud Arrests

Elias Staker, a Cape Canaveral plumber, was arrested for cashing over $33,000 in stolen checks from a Cocoa Beach woman, and he faces 38 counts of uttering forged checks and one count of scheme to defraud, remaining in custody without bond.
In Wisconsin, 27-year-old Enhnort Araujo Valero was arrested for attempting to break into an ATM and charged with computer crimes and fraud.

Burleson Wire Theft

Sammy Burleson, 23, was arrested for stealing utility wire near an elementary school in McDowell County, facing two felony counts for injuring utility wires and fixtures.
The thefts occurred on December 1 and December 8, with 350 feet of cable reported missing, and Burleson is held on a $500,000 bond.
Christopher Stewart from Griffith, Indiana, was charged with stealing 258 cases of ice cream valued at $6,200 and admitted to the thefts.
Stewart is currently in the Lake County Jail.
