Clicks Launches Communicator Smartphone and Power Keyboard

Clicks has introduced two new products aimed at users who prioritize productivity and communication: the Communicator smartphone and the Power Keyboard. The Communicator, priced at $499, is designed as a secondary device for work-related tasks, featuring a physical keyboard and a streamlined interface that excludes social media applications. The Power Keyboard, retailing at $79 for early-bird customers, is a slide-out keyboard that can connect to various smart devices, enhancing typing efficiency.

The Communicator is tailored for users who frequently engage in messaging and document work. It includes a 50MP main camera, a 24MP front camera, and a 4,000 mAh battery. The device operates on Android 16 and offers 256GB of onboard storage, expandable via a microSD card up to 2TB. Notably, it features a customizable Signal Light that alerts users to messages from specific contacts or apps. The phone's design includes a physical SIM card tray, a headphone jack, and a tactile switch for airplane mode.

The Power Keyboard serves dual purposes: it functions as a keyboard and a power bank with a 2,150 mAh battery. It connects to devices via MagSafe or Qi2 and can be used independently with tablets or smart TVs through Bluetooth. The keyboard's design allows for multiple slider positions to accommodate different device sizes, making it versatile for various applications.

Preorders for both devices began on January 2, 2026. The Communicator is available for an early-bird price of $399 for customers who place a $199 deposit before February 27, 2026. Those who pay the full price upfront will receive two additional back covers. The Power Keyboard is priced at $79 for early-bird customers, with a retail price of $109 following the preorder period. Both products are expected to ship later in 2026.
