Sunn O))) Announces Self-Titled Album and North American Tour

Sunn O))) has officially announced their self-titled album, set to be released on April 3, 2026, through Sub Pop. This marks the drone-metal duo's first full-length album in seven years, following their 2019 releases, "Life Metal" and "Pyroclasts." The album features a collaborative production effort by band members Stephen O’Malley and Greg Anderson, alongside producer Brad Wood at Bear Creek Studios in Woodinville, Washington. The album artwork includes paintings by the late Mark Rothko, with additional illustrations by Elodie Lesourd.

General ticket sales will commence on January 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time.
