Reps. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) urged a Manhattan federal judge to expedite release of investigative materials related to Jeffrey Epstein.
They say the Department of Justice has not met disclosure obligations under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The DOJ has released 12,285 documents but still has 2 million under review.
They allege criminal violations for failing to submit reports.
