2025: The Deadliest Year for Ukrainian Civilians Amid Intensified Russian Attacks

In 2025, Ukraine experienced the highest civilian death toll since the onset of Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, according to the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU).
