Hinojosa-Sánchez Fleeing Arrest

José Guadalupé Hinojosa-Sánchez, 41, faces charges of eluding police and hit-and-run causing injury after a high-speed chase in Yakima County, Washington, on December 29, 2025.
The chase began when ICE agents attempted to stop his van, which reached speeds of 80-90 mph over 31 miles.
It ended with a four-vehicle crash in downtown Yakima, injuring two individuals who were hospitalized.
Hinojosa-Sánchez fled the scene but was later captured by ICE agents and is currently in jail with a $30,000 bail.
