Czech Cyclist Completes 1,000-Kilometer Journey to Honor Holocaust Remembrance

Czech cyclist Lukáš Klement has successfully completed a 1,000-kilometer (621-mile) trek that formed the phrase "Never Again" on a digital map, in honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day. The journey, which took nearly 47 hours, began at the infamous Gate of Death at the Auschwitz concentration camp and was undertaken in harsh winter conditions, including temperatures as low as -8 degrees Celsius (18° Fahrenheit). Klement's ride was organized in collaboration with Israel's ZAKA Search and Rescue organization.
