Meuse Charged with Murder

Nicholas Meuse has been charged with murder after a family birthday party shooting in Carver, Massachusetts on January 24.
Two men died: Benjamin Cowart, 27, and Jalen Pina, 20, who later died in hospital.

Davina Guilty of Murder

Brandon Davina was found guilty of second-degree murder in Brianna Jankauskas's death in Kelowna, British Columbia.
The attack occurred on August 21, 2023, after a first date, when Davina struck Jankauskas with a wrench, causing 16 head injuries.
Justice Fitzpatrick dismissed Davina's claims of provocation and intoxication, ruling that Davina acted with intent.
Jankauskas died the following day, and Davina fled the scene and faces sentencing later.
