Ventura Assaulted Protesting

The Daily Caller News Foundation reporter Jorge Ventura was assaulted as anti-deportation activists blocked Minneapolis road to prevent federal agents entering a neighborhood.
Activists used objects to form a blockade and checked vehicles for ties to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Ventura was pushed into a vehicle and had his phone swiped.
Minneapolis Police Department did not comment on blockade’s legality, while a walkie-talkie voice questioned a vehicle’s ICE status.
