Weston's Long Sentence

Mitchell David Weston, 36, was sentenced to 248 years to life for sexually abusing two girls in Sacramento County, with a jury finding him guilty of multiple counts, including lewd acts and sexual penetration of minors.
Weston may be eligible for elderly parole after serving 20 years, potentially allowing release in about 16 years.
Jonathan Keith Niemic was convicted of second-degree murder for the 2010 stabbing of Michael Correia during an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and was denied parole.
