Judge Blocks DHS Policy

Judge Jia Cobb blocked the Department of Homeland Security from enforcing a seven-day notice policy for members of Congress visiting ICE detention centers.

Cobb said the policy caused irreparable harm to Congress members' ability to conduct timely inspections.
