Kearns Launches Food Aid

Re:Source Cleveland has launched a food delivery program to aid about 500 refugees monthly after Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits were cut.
The program provides groceries to families who previously relied on SNAP.
Executive Director Patrick Kearns said the SNAP loss feels like a broken promise, destabilizing families financially and emotionally.
Funded for six months, the program delivers about 80 pounds of food per family monthly, lasting 10–14 days.
