Stevens Sues Tayar

Riccardo Grande Stevens, a Monaco-based financier, is suing Richard Tayar, a real estate advisor, in Manhattan County Supreme Court over a $2.6 million Trump Tower investment.
The property has fallen nearly half in value since Stevens bought it in 2015.
