Russia Launches Attack

Russia launched an attack on Ukraine on February 16, firing four Zircon hypersonic missiles, an Iskander-M missile, and 62 drones, injuring at least 13 people, including a 15-year-old girl, and causing power outages in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Odesa.
