Indian Rights Acquired for Oscar-Nominated Animated Feature "Little Amélie"

Fragrant Nature Film Creations (FNFC), based in Kochi, Kerala, has acquired the Indian rights to the French animated feature "Little Amélie or the Character of Rain," produced by Goodfellas Animation in Paris. This acquisition marks FNFC's inaugural venture into international film rights, excluding airline distribution. The film, directed by Maïlys Vallade and Liane-Cho Han, is adapted from Amélie Nothomb’s novel "The Character of Rain" ("Métaphysique des tubes") and has received significant acclaim, including nominations for the Oscars, BAFTAs, Golden Globes, Annie Awards, and Critics Choice Awards in the best animated feature category. It also won the Audience Award at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
