This initiative follows Tubi and The Black List's previous collaboration on "To Be Commissioned," which focused on discovering and producing original films from underrepresented writers. Additionally, it comes after Tubi's annual October event, "Terror on Tubi," which celebrated horror films and achieved over 100 million hours of viewing time, marking a 51% increase from the previous year.
