Maurquise Emillo James, a 22-year-old medicine technician at Cogir Potomac Senior Living in Maryland, was arrested on February 24 for the murder of 87-year-old Robert Fuller Jr., found February 14 with a gunshot wound to the head.
James allegedly shot at a Maryland State Police trooper during a traffic stop.
He faces charges including first-degree murder and attempted murder.
