"Bloody Legend," a comedy-horror feature film, has commenced principal photography in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains of New South Wales. The film is headlined by Yaz Haddad, an Australian actor and radio host known for co-hosting the breakfast show "Yaz & Feras" on Sydney’s 2DayFM. In his first lead role, Haddad portrays Benny, a social-media enthusiast whose quest to document a mythical big cat leads him and his friends into perilous situations. The narrative draws inspiration from Australian folklore, particularly the long-standing reports of a large black panther-like creature in the Blue Mountains, with numerous alleged sightings recorded over the years.

The film is produced by Thundercat Productions and Crybaby, with Susan Taylor serving as the writer and co-director alongside Catherine Stone.
