In early March 2026, China's job market showed signs of robust growth following the conclusion of the Spring Festival holidays on February 23. The nationwide "Spring Breeze Action" campaign has been instrumental in facilitating this growth, with localities across the country organizing recruitment events to enhance post-holiday employment. According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, approximately 22,000 job fairs have been conducted, featuring a total of 13 million job postings, particularly in emerging industries such as new energy, information technology, intelligent manufacturing, and modern services.

Notably, the robotics industry experienced a remarkable 31.3 percent year-on-year increase in job postings, making it the fastest-growing sector. In the Xiong'an New Area of Hebei Province, over 2,000 job opportunities were available at a recent job market event, with participation from more than 70 employers, many of which are subsidiaries of central state-owned enterprises.
