Israel accounted for 4.4% of global arms exports from 2021 to 2025, up from 3.1%, making it the seventh-largest exporter, surpassing the United Kingdom.

Germany's Arms Ascend

Germany surpassed China to become the fourth-largest weapons exporter with a 5.7% market share from 2021–2025.
This shift followed higher European production capacity after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Ukraine, Egypt, and Israel were among Germany's main arms recipients, and Ukraine became the largest importer of major weapons at 9.7%.
