Solicitor Andrew Milne Convicted of Stalking Court Blogger Daniel Cloake

Andrew Milne, a 63-year-old solicitor, was convicted of stalking Daniel Cloake, a court blogger and operator of the website Mouse in Court, between March and August 2024. The case was heard at Thames Magistrates’ Court, where it was revealed that Milne engaged in a pattern of obsessive behavior, including sending over 120 emails, an unwanted gift, and letters, as well as attending Cloake's residence in London.
