Royal Caribbean is set to debut a live stage show, "America’s Got Talent LIVE," aboard its upcoming ship, Legend of the Seas, scheduled to launch in August 2026. Notably, Roald Dahl’s "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" will also debut on the ship. Guests can expect performances in the AquaDome theater and Absolute Zero ice arena, showcasing high divers, aerialists, robots, and dancers. The ship will also host comedy shows, live music, and themed dining experiences at venues like the Hollywoodland Supper Club and Silk Routes at the Royal Railway – Legend Station.
The ship, which is currently under construction at the Meyer Turku shipyard in Finland, will have a gross tonnage of 250,800 and is designed to accommodate up to 7,600 guests. It will offer various activities, including games, contests, and attractions like the Ultimate Abyss slide and Thrill Island waterpark.
Itineraries and Launch Details
Legend of the Seas is set to embark on its maiden voyages from Civitavecchia, Italy, in July 2026, primarily operating in the Mediterranean during the summer and fall. Following this, the ship will transition to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in late October 2026, offering 6- and 8-night Caribbean itineraries through April 2027. The ship will return to the Mediterranean in summer 2027.
