Zakir Ibrahim, 25, faces attempted murder charges for allegedly attacking a commuter at Chicago's Union Station on March 3, 2023.
Authorities report that Ibrahim held a knife to the victim's face and attempted to slash his throat, narrowly missing.
Witnesses captured the incident on video, which has been reviewed by law enforcement.
Ibrahim claimed to be a CIA agent and believed the victim was a hitman.
He is currently held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 27, 2023.
