Driver Arrested After Fatal Crashes

Crosby Charged After Fatal Crash

Kevin Crosby, 49, of The Bronx, faces charges of manslaughter and driving while high after hitting two cyclists near West 125th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard on Thursday night.
Video footage shows Crosby's car dragging the victims, who were critically injured, and one cyclist, 28, died later.
Crosby has 19 arrests, including aggravated vehicle assault, and two DUI convictions.
