Michael Woods, a 36-year-old father from West Derby, has expressed immense pride in his seven-year-old son, Joseph Woods, who was cast as Aled Winter-Brown in the long-running ITV soap opera, Coronation Street. Joseph, who is deaf and uses a cochlear implant, took on the role in 2021, two years after the character was introduced as part of a set of quadruplets.
