Barry Manilow Announces First New Studio Album in Nearly 15 Years

Barry Manilow is set to release his new studio album, *What a Time*, on June 5, marking his first album of mostly new material in nearly 15 years. This will be Manilow's 33rd studio album and follows his 2011 release, *15 Minutes*, which achieved top 10 status on the Billboard 200. The album is primarily produced by Manilow and his longtime collaborator, Michael Lloyd.

The album features 13 tracks, with Manilow writing or co-writing all but two. Notable collaborations include “Sun Shine,” co-written with Gary Barlow, and “Once Before I Go,” co-written with Oscar winners Dean Pitchford and the late Peter Allen. The album also includes a new recording of “Another Life,” originally featured in his 1991 box set. Guest artists include saxophonist Dave Koz on “Look at Me Now” and vocalist Sharon “Muffy” Hendrix on the duet “When Somebody Says Goodbye.”
