Arrest in Plot to Firebomb Palestinian Activist's Home

The investigation revealed that Heifler had conducted surveillance on Kiswani's home and had assembled the components for the cocktails at his residence in Hoboken, New Jersey. Heifler reportedly expressed intentions to flee to Israel following the attack. He faces charges of making and possessing destructive devices, each carrying a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
