Forensic Files Adaptation for Mobile Viewing

Content Partners LLC, which holds the rights to the acclaimed true crime docuseries “Forensic Files,” has entered into a licensing agreement with the microdrama streaming platform GammaTime. This collaboration aims to adapt select episodes of “Forensic Files” into a vertical format tailored for smartphone viewing. GammaTime plans to curate a collection of 15 of the series' most compelling cases, enhancing accessibility for mobile users.

“Forensic Files,” created, narrated, and executive produced by Paul Dowling, originally aired from 1996 to 2011, spanning 14 seasons and over 400 episodes. The series began on TLC, transitioned to Court TV in 2000, and concluded on TruTV. In 2020, a revival titled “Forensic Files II” premiered, continuing the legacy of the original series until 2023. The show is renowned for its in-depth exploration of forensic science as a tool for solving violent crimes and complex cases.
