Keep Contemporary, founded by Jared Antonio-Justo Trujillo in 2016, aims to provide a platform for contemporary and Indigenous artists. After relocating due to financial pressures, Trujillo emphasizes accessibility, stating, “Nothing in my gallery will ever cost more than twenty grand... I want art to be accessible to everyone.”

Artists like Ian Kuali’i, who has lived in Santa Fe since 2016, echo Trujillo’s commitment to showcasing diverse artistic expressions. Kuali’i notes the importance of galleries like Keep in offering a refreshing alternative to the traditional art that often dominates the market.
