The judge emphasized that treatment would benefit both Hill and society. As part of the diversion program, Hill must comply with a treatment plan for two years, during which he is prohibited from possessing weapons or threatening violence. If he adheres to the program and remains law-abiding, his felony charges may be dismissed by April 2028.
